Job Purpose:

·An ambassador for customer quality on site. To complete specifications and provide our customers all the information they require. Drive improvement for our customers through proactive complaint reduction plans and reporting back on the targets set.

Key Responsibilities:

·Adhere to Freshcut Foods Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times

·Adhere to Freshcut Foods Food Safety and GMP policies and procedures at all times

·Responsible for the completion of customer specification and other product related documentation in line with our customers expectations

·Accountable for the delivery of our customers specific requirements within the business, this includes; complaint reduction plans and KPI reporting for both the customer and the business

·Working with the quality team to create action plans to drive quality improvements, compliant reduction plans and communicate customers requirements which can then be implemented within the business

·Understand the customers requirements and be able to translate them into the business and be the custodian for customer quality on site

·Support the process development team in the facilitation of customer visits

·Communication of customer complaint trending to the customers and focus on root cause analysis and preventative action planning to support the quality team

·Responsible for the general proactive communication to our customers

·Reasonable requests to carry out other duties that may be required to fulfill the businesses strategic and operational effectiveness.

· Confident and competent communicator at all levels

· Facilitation and negotiation skills

· HACCP Level 2

· Food Safety Level 3

· HND or Degree qualified in a Science based discipline or similar

· Experience of working within a technical function, emphasis towards customer facing/specifications

· Ability to translate customer requirements to practical delivery within the business
