TIRELLI specialist in the design and production of filling, capping, and labeling systems, mainly for the cosmetics, personal care, and pharmaceutical industries. Also part of the AROL Group are: - AROL dedicated to the design and production of capping systems, as well as cap orientation and feeding systems for bottling lines;
- UNIMAC–GHERRI which manufactures machines and packaging lines for food products. The company's core business is the filling and closing of glass, metal, and plastic containers with twist-off and pre-threaded caps, for packaging dense, semi-dense, and pasty products;
- MACA ENGINEERING specialized in the construction and supply of automatic machines and lines for the production and assembly of aluminum and plastic caps and closures;
- LAMFI EQUIPMENT specialized in the construction of automatic machines for inserting disks and assembling plastic closures.
The AROL Group designs and manufactures in 7 locations across Italy and distributes and supports its customers worldwide through 14 subsidiaries across 4 continents.
Main Mission: Proactive prospecting, identification of new customers, and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead qualification to deal closing.
- Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries within the assigned territory.
- Participate in trade shows and networking activities to increase brand visibility.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Home & Personal Care sector (packaging or processing).
- Strong interest and/or background in packaging machinery sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business is appreciated.
- Availability to travel more than 50% of the time across the UK & Ireland, with occasional trips to headquarters in Italy.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license for customer visits.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Native English speaker; Italian is a plus.
Location Based in England, preferably in the Birmingham area (key Tirelli customers located along the Liverpool–Leeds and Manchester–Bristol axes).
