UNIMAC–GHERRI, part of the AROL Group, manufactures machines and packaging lines for food products. The company's core business is the filling and closing of glass, metal, and plastic containers with twist-off and pre-threaded caps, for packaging dense, semi-dense, and pasty products. Also part of the AROL Group are: - AROL focused on the design and production of capping systems and cap orientation and feeding systems for bottling lines;
- TIRELLI specialized in the design and production of filling, capping, and labeling systems, mainly for the cosmetics, personal care, and pharmaceutical industries;
- MACA ENGINEERING specialized in the construction and supply of automatic machines and lines for the production and assembly of aluminum and plastic caps and closures;
- LAMFI EQUIPMENT specialized in the construction of automatic machines for inserting disks and assembling plastic closures.

As part of our strategy to strengthen our presence in the United Kingdom and Ireland, we are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented professional with solid technical and commercial experience.
Role Mission Drive business development in the UK & Ireland market by promoting the Unimac Gherri product range to existing and potential customers, with a special focus on the food industry.
Main Responsibilities - Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closing.
- Strengthen and grow the existing customer portfolio through visits, calls, and ongoing relationship management.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory, especially in the food sector.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, events, and local or international networking activities.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand and communicate the most suitable solutions for customer needs.
- Use the company CRM to track activities, pipeline, and performance.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the packaging or processing industry for the food sector.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, independent, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Native English speaker; Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel more than 50% of the time across the UK, Ireland, and occasionally to Italy (headquarters).
Location Based in England, with full availability to travel throughout the territory (United Kingdom and Ireland)
